At the Queensway stadium on Friday evening Gap Queens Park came from a goal down to beat Bala Town. Bala took a twenty fifth minute lead when Neil Fisher slotted home after Mike Price had done well to keep out a Huw Price free kick. Kevin Breeze equalised for the home side three minutes before the break. On fifty four minutes Gareth Roberts headed home a Ricky Evans (right) corner to give Gap the lead but Gethin Lloyd equalised six minutes later for Bala. On seventy four minutes Darren Hignett upended Lee Phelan and Gap were awarded a penalty that Ricky Evans fired home. Bala were then reduced to ten men after Hignett received his second yellow card of the game and Dave Griffith finished off an Evans inspired goal to seal a good three points for the home team three minutes from time. Flint Town United thanks to an eighty eighth minute equaliser from Dean Hughes drew one all at to of the table Prestatyn Town who had lead at the interval through a fortieth minute Ian Griffith effort. Denbigh Town won a five goal thriller at home to Buckley Town. Buckley led one nil at the interval through a Nick Whiteley penalty but within five minutes of the restart a Kenny Burgess penalty and one from Tommy Harrison had Denbigh in front. Alan Dawson equalised for Buckley but Mark Orme sealed the points with a sixty eight minute winner. Llandudno kept the pressure on the top two with a four nil win at Gresford Athletic, Jodie Hamilton, Bryn Jenkins, Lee Thomas and Anthony Tierney on target. Guilsfield took the lead with a Tim Nunnerley goal after eight minutes at home to Holyhead Hotspur. Curt Williams leveled for the visitor mid way through the first half. Guilsfield were reduced to nine men within eight minutes of the restart but held on for a well deserved point. Mynydd Isa had Stuart Wood sent off early in their game against Ruthin Town but sealed the points with a Barry Calder eight fifth minute goal. Lex X1 were also went down to ten men at Llanfair PG. Neil Hughes netted seventy second minute winner for PG. Jon Slater put Llandyrnog United ahead after eight minutes in their home game with against Glantraeth, Glantraeth stormed back with goals from Jon Peris Jones, Chris Saxon and Kevin Roberts to avenge a recent league cup exit.
