The league is now in possession of the NEW forms for season 2008/2009
(old forms will not be accepted)
Forms (£1 each)will be issued at the AGM on 14th. June
(note forms cannot be signed until July 1st.)

Any old forms can be exchanged for new ones
Clubs will be provided with a list of last seasons registration numbers which they MUST enter on this season forms for the players they are resigning.

Registration windows
4th. July to 28th. September and
January 1st. to January 31st.
Seven days notice of approach
The amount of time for a club to speak to a player on the expiry of a seven days notice is reduced from 21 days to 14days.. Similarly, a club may approach another club for a player every 21 days (as opposed to 28 days)
Seven days notice of approach must now expire within a recognised registration period of the club providing notice of approach (new rule)
