Gap CQ Vice President

Former secretary and Huws Gray Alliance management committee member Ally Bennett has accepted an invitation to become vise president.

Ally Bennett who has stepped down as secretary of gap Connahs Quay due to problems with his back  has accepted an invitation to become a Vice President of the Club. Ally said  "I am hounoured to be asked and  I think its great for me, I can go and watch when fit enough and not have to take a stopwatch"

Quay Chairman Dave Jones said "It was a blow to us when Ally had to step down as club secretary, but we are delighted that he has accepted our invitation to become a vice president. He is an asset to the club and I am sure all our supporters will agree"

There will be a presentation on Monday 8th. August when Gap Connhas quay host Wrexham's first team in a pre-season fixture
