FAW give permission to start under 19 league

 The HGA have had verbal acknowledgement that they can intoduce a under 19 for season 2011/12

The league now awaits the return of application forms before fixtures and a starting date can be confirmed

Players (according to new FAW rules) will have to register for clubs on youth forms

New FAW rule for season 2011/12

Non-Contract Players - Adult & Youth 51 51.1.

In the case of a Player reaching the age of sixteen (16) and before the Player reaches the age of nineteen (19), a Player not holding a written contract with a club shall be permitted to play in both a designated youth league and an adult football league participating in the Football Association of Wales Pyramidal League System. The said Player must be registered with each club, if he/she plays youth and adult football for different clubs. For the avoidance of doubt, this right shall only apply for the remainder of the playing season in which the said Player reaches his/her nineteenth (19) birthday.
