A Simon Thelwell double helped Flint Town United put last weeks defeat at Rhyl behind them as they beat champioms Gap Connahs at the Deeside staduim, John Hill added a third for Flint as Gap lost leading scorer Gary O'Toole to two yellow cards. Mike Lundstram neeted four second half goals including a penalty as Conwy United made it three wins out of three played at home to Llangefni Town.
