Buckley Town host Rhyl on Tuesday evening

Buckley Town head into Tuesday's home re arranged League encounter with Rhyl with another win under there belts following the 4-0 win at Llangefni.

Town Manager Gareth Thomas said, “I am happy with the start the side has had but believe there is more to come from his current squad. We are under no illusions how hard the season is going to be in this competitive league with it improving season after season but we’ll just concentrate on ourselves and leave everyone else to assume what they want about our club.”

“This game will be a real test for the lads against a Rhyl side who are strongly tipped by many to win the league. Despite having lost some big named players in the summer Greg has assembled a young squad with plenty of pace and also added one or two experienced players that give them a good mix. We will need to be on our game from the first minute and keep our concentration for the whole of the game but if we keep playing like we have then we are more than capable of getting a result.”

For the game, midfielder Wes Brereton will miss out after being on the wrong end of a bad tackle at the weekend whilst Sam Pugh and Lee Bull are on holiday. John Leonard and Paul Armor are doubtful through work, young Joe Freeman will require a late test on a knock but coming back into contention will be Gareth Edwards, Anthony Williams, Barry Calder, Robbie Dean and Gareth Caughter.

Rhyl will be looking to put last Friday's first defeat of the season behind them and having scored twenty four goals already this season will no doubt put the Llandudno result behind them and know that a win would see them move into second place a point behind leaders Cefn Druids

Sounds like a game well worth watching - kick off is 7-30pm
