All square at Belle Vue

In only the third Sunday game (name the other two ?) in league history Rhyl and Porthmadog fought out a goalless draw.

Both sides had chances in the first half with Darren Thomas forcing Rhyl goalkepper Ben Jones into a excellent save and Rhyl's Ryan Williams hitting the woodwork twice.

The second half produced few chances with Jones again thwarting Porthmadog with an excellent save and Williams looking most likely to score for Rhyl. Rhyl were reduced to ten men when Mark Powell received a second yellow card with ten minites remaining.
