Cefn Druids through to quarter final

With fine wil at Prestatyn Town
Cefn Druids carry the Huws Gray Alliance in to the quarter final of the Welsh cup after a great two nil win at Welsh Premier league Prestatyn Town. A goal in each half from defenders Adam Hesp and Joe Price see them through to an away tie at Aberystwyth.
Buckley Town, Llandudno and Rhyl almost joined them after fine displays against other Welsh Premier league teams. Buckley came from two down against Bala Town to take the tie into extra time before goinf out to Bala Town four two
Llandudno lead at Aberystwyth through a Lee Jones but Aber drew level to take the game to extra time before eventually winning on penalties
Rhyl came from behind and dispite playing most of the game with ten men took their tie with cup holders Llanelli before also going out on penalties.
Flint Town United were three down shortly after half time but dominated the rest of the game with only a Jon Rush goalb to show for their efforts.
In the league Leaders Gap Connahs Quay led twice at Llanrhaeadr but had to settle for a points after a very late Matt Evans equaliser.
Porthmadog moved into third spot with an odd goal in three win at home to Guilsfioed, Craig Roberts scoring the winner.
Penycae led two one ar the break against visitors Caersws but had to settle for a share of the spoils after a Neill Mitchell equaliser for Cws.
Ruthin Town and Rhos Aelwyd both failed to find the nest as they gained a point a piece.
